Vi Parker Zaner

              I have been selling residential Real Estate in the Montgomery, Autauga, and Elmore areas for over 10 years.  I have been named a top rock producer for Prudential Ballard Realty several times in the past.  In 2004 I was a Leading Edge Producer for Prudential Real Estate, in 2005 I was a Presidential Circle producer for Prudential Real Estate.  I have been a New Homes onsite agent for the past 10 years.    My father is a builder and has been developing homesites and building homes in the Montgomery area for over 40 years.  He owns Parker Prescott builders where my brother also works.  Parker Prescott Builders build both commercial and single and multi family residential real estate in the Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties area.

              I grew up and went to school in Montgomery.  I have been married for 10 years to Tony Zaner, from Prattville, Alabama,  and we have a 8 year old daughter named Maggie.  We own a home here in Montgomery and plan to stay here.  I have moved away from Montgomery twice in my life and have always ended up back here.  I think it is a wonderful place in which to grow up and raise a family.

             I have a BS in Early Childhood Education, and came within 5 hours of having a MS in the same field when I decided that I didn't want to teach at this point in my life.  Before Real Estate, I was in Retail Management.  So customer service is in my blood!!  I believe in it.
